The Tain Golf Club is also close by, with its eighteen-hole traditional Scottish Highland links course overlooking the Dornoch Firth. Here there is a wealth of wildlife to observe and miles of stunning scenery to explore by car or on foot: forests, hills, mountains, historic sites and the atmospheric ruins of brochs, castles and cairns.
