  • For bookings made within 4 weeks of your holiday, you will normally pay the full hire charge when you book.
  • Cancellation of any booking the deposit is automatically forfeited. Short breaks are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation 28 days or less, the full amount is forfeited.
  • Credit/Debit cards will automatically be charged 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. We will advise you prior to this happening.
We advise you to insure against cancellation. Guest First UK Holiday Insurance

Short Breaks

Weekend: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (3 nights). Mid-week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (4 nights)
Short Breaks are payable at time of booking and are available until the end of June and after the end of August.
3 nights: 55% of Full Week price; 4 nights: 70%; 5 nights 85%; 6 nights Full Week Price.
Short Breaks are non-refundable.


Payment Details-
In confirmation of booking, a deposit of 20% of total holiday cost is required (excluding vouchers).
Balance Due 28 days prior to holiday start.

If you pay by credit/debit card, you agree to pay 2.75% of the total to Streamline Merchant services, for handling services it provides to you. The total amount paid is the same however you pay.
